Job Description

VF Outdoor, a division of VF Corporation, is proud to call Appleton, WI home, providing support for exciting VF brands including The North Face, Vans, JanSport, Timberland, Smartwool, Reef and Eagle Creek. Our Business Systems team is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Customer Service Support position. This position will work collaboratively to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers through demonstrated commitment to quality. This person will be responsible for the multiple aspects of the Customer Service Department Come be a part of a diverse team that values honesty, integrity and respect!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Customer Master data in MDM

  • Assists users with MDM related questions and communicates completed Customer requests

  • Facilitates analysis, resolves and troubleshoots MDM related issues, including those resulting from EDI failures and customer chargebacks

  • Runs reports out of SAP and MDM to maintain data integrity and run audits

  • Use Winshuttle query options to analyze and resolve data issues

  • Report on data out of SAP to troubleshoot BI discrepancies

  • Assists with Customer Master MDM tickets and PPMS requests

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of data entry/customer service experience

  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet); SAP experience helpful

  • Proven 10 key and typing skills

  • Working knowledge of systems and PC databases and Microsoft Office software

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Problem Solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Stamina able to be maintained to manage a work level that may exceed 40 hours per week

  • Must possess good judgement and ability to problem solve

  • High energy level and positive outlook

  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team to achieve goals committed to quality and service
