You are the face of our brand. As the Recruiter, you will naturally inspire our candidates as you build their individual potential and provide them with the most engaging candidate experience. You will embody our Van Doren spirit and hire for our Vans Values: Inclusive, Determined, Connected, Expressive and Fun. In order to provide the best hiring decision, you will create a strong relationship with hiring managers to gain an accurate understanding of the job scope and effectively recruit the most qualified individual for your client group. You will act as an advisor to our hiring managers as well as handle a high volume of diverse requisitions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, taking on the thrill of managing the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, having high expectations and a good eye for top talent. How You Will Move the Needle:
You will build strong relationships with hiring managers in order to ensure that the most qualified candidates are hired to help impact the business and achieve the goals set for the position. Inspire candidates through developing relationships centered on encouragement and passion for our company’s mission, values and goals during the hiring process. Develop a genuine partnership with your designated client group in order to gain a clear understanding of goals they plan to achieve through their new candidate so that effective recruiting methods will be implemented. Resource candidates through a variety of advanced recruitment methods such as networking, LinkedIn, use of social media, employee referrals, campus recruiting and job fairs to ensure we find the most qualified candidates who will impact the goals of our business. Pre-qualify candidates through effective outlets such as phone screens, face-to-face interviews, and assessments to ensure only the most qualified candidates are referred to the hiring manager for consideration. Must be able to maintain confidential information. Constantly build and maintain an exceptional pipeline of candidates on a pro-active basis by utilizing recruiting strategies to meet specific needs of each client group in preparation for future hiring projections.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field and a minimum of five years general management experience in the Human Resource field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Experience working in the retail/fashion industry
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
- Travel by air and overnight, as required
