Job Description


This role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist activities. The position requires the ability to operate in fast and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.


Talent Acquisition

  • Source and attract candidates for a variety of positions in North America

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens with the candidates to ensure suitability

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while proactively moving candidates through the recruiting process

  • Schedule interviews, making candidate travel arrangements

  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate sources

  • Perform intake meetings with hiring managers to gain an understanding of open positions and educate hiring managers on the talent acquisition process and SLAs

  • Proactively drive the talent acquisition process with hiring managers to ensure an efficient process, increase candidate retention and reduce time to fill

  • Make recommendations to hiring managers then prepare and present employment offers

  • Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in the ATS

  • Ensure an exceptional new hire experience.

HR Business Partner

  • Provide HR guidance to Managers as needed

  • Responsible for ad hoc projects which include analytics/analysis

  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations, interventions and corrective actions

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

  • Work closely with Management and Employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity

  • Educate internal stakeholders and employees on HR policies and provide guidance


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related subjects (or relevant work experience).

  • 3 - 5 years of talent acquisition experience in an agency & corporate environment

  • HR BP experience within a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with a strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Strong internal and external customer focus

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and outstanding follow through skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Exceptionally strong relationship management and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization
