VF Corporation Dickies - Social Media Content Coordinator (Fort Worth, TX) in FT Worth Admin Offices, Texas
We are currently looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to join our marketing team.
With a strong focus on social media content creation, community management and metrics reporting, this role will be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand material for Dickies’ social media channels, working alongside the department’s creative team and digital marketing team and reporting to the Director of Public Relations.
The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all social media channels contain relevant, correct, up-to-date, informative and engaging content year round
Content production and design that produces engaging, on-brand material
The role will also have an emphasis on applying social media best practices and working closely with analytics and reporting systems
Bachelor’s Degree in design, marketing, or the equivalent.
3+ years working in a similar role within a brand or agency.
Clear understanding of social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn) and the ability to sensibly moderate.
Writing skills and ability to write in tone of the brand.
Strong conceptual thinking and experience in executing social media strategy
Understand how to increase customer engagement as well as drive strong ROI.
Ability to build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication.
Knowledge of top of industry trends, the latest social media advancements and relevant campaigns.
Have the ability to shoot and edit authentic photos and videos.
Be proficient in Adobe Suite, with a key focus on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Be comfortable with social media tracking, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and reporting on performance/campaigns.
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
