VF Corporation Retail System Manager (Kipling) in Jersey City, New Jersey
Kipling is looking for a Retail Systems Manager to join our team in our Jersey City, NJ office. This role will provide application support for Kipling’s retail business software at an Omni-channel level. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Assist the business team in understanding and leveraging more complete usage of existing systems available to them.
Provide a holistic view of all inter-related systems.
Advocate as a liaison with GBT on behalf of the business as it relates to support matters.
Drive implementation of new business solutions and system process related enhancements
Develop business strategies and procedures in the area of systems to improve productivity as well as reduce costs.
Assist with training new associates and provide ongoing programs to further the usage and understanding of the systems environment.
Coordinate all systems related activities associated with new store openings.
Cleanse, optimize, audit and purge Island Pacific to increase efficiency.
Maintain Garpac to Island Pacific purchase order upload process.
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years
BA degree or 5 years equivalent experience managing and implementing software solutions for an Omni-channel environment.
AS400 system knowledge
SAP working knowledge
PC and systems literate
Ability to work independently
Good communicator and teacher
