Job Summary:

The Stock Supervisor will help create an exciting and friendly environment where associates display speed, spirit, and smile while delivering the best value to our customers. The Stock Supervisor is a member of the management team, which is responsible for increasing sales, controlling expenses, creating the ultimate customer experience, and leading a team of engaged associates. This person will focus on managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area, and be responsible for all shipments coming in or leaving the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization of the stock area including:

  • Clearance stores (where applicable)

  • High capacity warehouse racking

  • Offsite storage facilities

  • Manage the replenishment of product to the sales floor.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Associates are regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, stoop, kneel, or crouch, climb a ladder, and balance.
