Purpose of Role

  • Long-term strategic planning of the organization

  • Daily management and co-ordination of overall operation

  • Lead the sales function

  • Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower for the achievements of sales goals

  • Supervise strategies and policies

  • Ensure internal and legal compliance

  • Review and evaluate work of different departments

Main Activities & Accountabilities

  • Analyses the business

  • Develop and monitor sales and brand strategy

  • Coaching and developing

  • Achieving objectives in terms of sales, distribution and brand image

  • Reporting to CMD and Brand teams

  • Work and liase with the Brand teams

  • Providing leadership to field sales representatives

  • Motivate

  • Field Key Account Management

  • Decision making

  • Focal point for sales

  • Control of performance, people and time

  • Opening new business opportunities, markets and customers

Your skills

  • Training and experience in sales, sound commercial background, college-degree or similar business related education

  • 3 to 5 + years experience in a similar sales position with excellent network inside the leading lifestyle & fashion accounts Must have experience with and understanding of lifestyle consumers

  • Good presentation skills, communication skills

  • Computer skills

  • Initiative, open minded and independent work ability

  • Willingness to travel continuously

  • Team work, Leading & coordinating abilities

  • Fluent German and English
