VF Corporation Reef - Sales Manager (Canada) in Saint Laurent Guenette, Canada
The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sustained and profitable revenue growth for Reef and our customers. In addition this role will help lead the strategic sales vision around Reef’s five year planning process with a key focus on category segmentation and market distribution. Establish goals, develop tools and lead the sales team through the seasonal go to market process. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key account contacts. Establish control-related standards and procedures
Establish and execute 5-year sales growth plans by channel of distribution, product category, season, and top account
Assign seasonal sales goals, as well as the daily management, analysis and reporting of progress towards achieving them
Develop and implement seasonal sales tools and programs
Communicate market specific needs and provide seasonal product forecasts
Plan and lead go to market process including seasonal brand sales meetings, account meetings and trade shows
Maintain close relationships with key account buying/management teams
Partner with marketing to collaborate and align on key seasonal initiatives and account support
Partner with finance on building, analyzing and managing sales budgets
Partner with customer service, operations and credit to insure best in class customer service and support
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+
Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field preferred
Languages: French / English
Ability to lead team to achieve sales goals
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to develop diverse working relationships
Ability to time manage and problem solve while using an analytical approach
Strong understanding of and established network within the footwear and apparel industry
Proficient with MS Office, including word, excel, ppt, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Strong attention to detail
