Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Account Marketing Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to create and execute dealer and retail marketing strategic programs that directly promote The North Face Brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and execute innovative account marketing programs with targeted TNF retailers that strengthen brand equity, positioning, product awareness, and sales revenue.

  • Work with he Account Marketing Reps team to create strong and effective visual merchandising strategies within the retail environment.

  • Manage the strategic planning, timeline, and execution of all activities within following retail support teams: Visual merchandising (Fixture & POP Strategies) and Brand Development (co-op) program.

  • Manage the fixture inventory to assure that the right product is available at the right time while maintaining a lean but efficient stock.

  • Work with Marketing Manager and Sales Team to develop target lists of retail partners and present annual, seasonal, and monthly retail marketing initiatives. Work with the Marketing team to ensure that the marketing initiatives are in-sync with Brand’s global goals.

  • Implement the communication of our ABM’s at the retail level. Act as the everyday liaison between TNF and the FGL merchandising/marketing team. Communicate with the internal and/or external marketing groups that will support the retail marketing programs.

  • Work closely with both our regional merchandisers and dealer to increase the ROI on brand development initiatives.

  • Coordinate regional tradeshow needs with both internal and external customers.

  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution of all projects. Ensure all retail marketing program expectations are achieved through effective leadership of staff and operational excellence. Ensure all programs fall within the planned budget and best utilize every budget dollar.

  • Provide marketing data and ROI analysis of all programs, and form recommendations for utilization of annual programs. Determine the primary metrics for measuring analysis, program, and tactic success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Retail Marketing

  • Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and years of experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Excel, Word), SAP, and Adobe suites

  • Extremely Strong time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and attention to detail

  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to internal and external customers.

  • Able to leverage experience in key decision making opportunities.
