Reporting to our General Manager for our North American Region, you’ll also be responsible for:
Delivering the region’s budgeted Retail channel revenue and profit whilst optimising the sales performance and profitability of our network of Icebreaker TouchLabs and Outlet retail stores in Canada and United States
Enabling profitable and sustainable growth from the baseline of the store locations.
Providing the Retail Leadership team and their teams with sales leadership, coaching and support so they achieve their sales and other KPIs and develop with Icebreaker, and oversight to ensure they always provide an exceptional brand experience for our customers.
Managing the full P&L for the North American retail business.
Your past life:
Equivalent 6+ years retail store management experience and 4+ years in a similar level multi-store management role
Proven success consistently achieving outstanding sales results and profitable and sustainable retail growth through the introduction of a structured selling system and focus on creating exceptional experiences for every customer
Proven success in hiring, building and motivating high performing, sales and service oriented retail teams
Tools in your belt:
Strong understanding of the region and the region’s retail environment
Strong financial acumen including the ability to create budgets and sales targets and manage P&L
Strong change management capability including ability to effectively lead teams through change
Proven success embedding Retail Operations policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence, including loss prevention and labour management
Ability to travel both locally and overseas and spend time on the road, working remotely
