VF Corporation International Sales INTERNSHIP EASTPAK in Belgium
As part of the distributor export team, you will be responsible for sales & marketing support across the APAC & EMEA regions.
Handle inquiries by telephone and email regarding sales & marketing to distributors
Provide organizational and planning support during Product Previews and events
Interact with colleagues of other departments to ensure smooth follow up
Maintain Distributors database, store lists, and reports
Manage pre-orders: Respect order deadline within the system and support encountered issues
Regular follow up on sellout and inventory performance reports from distributors
Collect information, pictures and feedback from initiatives organized by Eastpak and distributors
You will also lead micro projects of prospection for new partners in uncovered countries.
Build strong relationship with distributors and provide dedicated support on their yearly marketing plan that is related to:
Digital Channels: Ensure consistency with global brand image on local & digital platforms
Retail and Trade: Follow up local implementations of retail campaigns and visual merchandising plans
Social & PR: Support distributors in localizing social media channels & PR plans in close collaboration with central team
Collect and consolidate quarterly marketing reports
Update brand presentations & academy every season
Bachelor / Master degree (business school or Business Administration / Marketing program)
Natural interest for international sales & marketing within the lifestyle and fashion industry
Analytical and results-oriented mindset
Organizational skills with an eye for detail
Good communicator with consumer centric attitude
Team player, proactive and open-minded
Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint)
