Our European Headquarter and Kipling brand team are now looking for a Senior Manager to shape our Global Marketing Strategy!

The Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing the global brand marketing strategies, campaigns, tools and content, to connect with the global consumers throughout the purchase funnel. This role requires a proven track record in people management, as well as building strong brand and product marketing campaigns centered around digital and instore activation. Rooted in our brand DNA and strategies the objectives of this role are to strengthen global brand awareness and improve marketing ROI.

The Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager will:

  • Create and develop brand strategy with the VP and the regional marketing peers to fulfil Kipling’s global market needs, ensure global consistency and local relevancy.

  • Own and execute the 3-year innovation pipeline fuelled by creative vision and long-term brand strategy.

  • Manage the GTM process in collaboration with Marketing / Sales / Retail / Product teams and execute seasonal product campaigns across all functions

  • Be a passionate advocate for best-in-class brand experience, starting from the retail environment.

  • Drive collaboration between global Marketing / Product / Merch / Finance as well as regional marketing peers to deliver and improve innovation building blocks throughout the GTM process.

  • Leverage consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. Share consumer insights with other departments to nurture consumer led culture across the brand.

  • Lead, coach and develop the global marketing team, both from a structural and talent development standpoints.

  • Manage and own the global marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company approved numbers.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You hold a University Bachelor or Master level Degree

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in brand marketing role managing full marketing mix and direct reports

  • You can translate strategic priorities into operational reality; aligning communication, internal processes and ongoing measurement systems

  • You are driven and passionate to achieve challenging goals

  • You can build strategic work relationships

  • You are able to facilitate change by encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches

  • You have experience in providing feedback and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities; planning and supporting the development of individual skills and abilities

  • You are Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
