VF Corporation Trade Marketing Manager KIPLING in Belgium
As Trade Marketing Manager you are responsible for strategy behind and execution of the seasonal EMEA trade Go To Market Marketing plan. You are responsible for creating brand awareness, consideration, sell out and loyalty for all EMEA offline sell out channels (Full price stores, outlet, Concessions, Field sales, Distributors, Travel)
Manage and coach your EMEA trade team
Manage Integrated marketing trade planning (master plan)
Define marketing strategy & priorities to achieve defined awareness, consideration, sell out and loyalty business objectives
Provide seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy (GTM plan) into impactful marketing programs for your channels
Responsible for the trade marketing budget, marketing investments and initiatives execution for all EMEA offline trade channels
Leads (under supervision of global Brand and brand presentation team) in the design of seasonal POS needs and supervises promotional activities
Putting in place, monitor and improve processes and internal traffic to link all marketing Trade activities with the sell in / sell out needs to achieve the Sales plans.
Monitor marketing investments and coordinates sales working budget for the sales channels and ensure a healthy MROI ratio
Collaborate with sales leaders to develop effective trade marketing budgets, programs and efficient execution to deliver channel sales and profit targets in line with agreed strategies
Be the key external and internal contact person for trade marketing to ensure alignment and best usage of resources

Education: Bachelor or master in marketing, retail or trade marketing,
Experience: Min. 5 years in retail or trade marketing preferred in a fashion retail environment
Language skills: English. Second language as Dutch, French, German, Spanish preferable
Analytical Skills: Being able to evaluate problems and identity solutions
Strategic decision-making skills – being able to take fast decisions and action on issues
