Job Description


The Business Planner Strategic Accounts is responsible for supporting the development and day to day running of all Strategic Key Accounts. Working cross functionally but primarily with the sales team, the role includes a wide and varied range of responsibilities. These include in-depth sales analysis and reporting, account performance dashboards, responsibility for all factbooks and strategical planning documents and ad hoc project assistance.


Sell-through analysis and reporting

  • Act as the point of reference for all Strategic Key Accounts and internal department regarding the sell-through analysis and reporting.

  • Provide regular reports on sell-through

  • Work to optimize current sell-through analysis tools and EMEA account alignment

  • Provide monthly overview for sales and product team delivering insights on strength and opportunities of our product line by product category, gender, technology, bestsellers, colours etc

  • Use analysis and sales data per account and work closely with sales team to actively identify reorder opportunities and future pre-order recommendations

Account Dashboards

  • Provide sell in and sell out dashboards across all EMEA SKA’s to keep the wider business updated on account progress

  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities based on dashboard information

  • Be the pivotal contact point across countries for Buying Group information collection and provision

Strategical Planning and Projects

  • Co-ordinate and update all factbooks on a bi annual basis

  • Aid the sales team to develop strategical planning documents for each account

  • Co-ordinate projects by individual account to help develop the business

  • Co-ordinate bi-weekly internal calls to drive the ABC business forward

  • Work on ad-hoc information requests from the sales team and wider TNF business


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

  • Education: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management

    Engineering, Statistics or Economics
  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience: minimum 1 year of sales/business analysis or business planning experience.

  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, expert Excel user)

Solid knowledge of report building and analysis tools
