VF Corporation Copywriter The North Face EMEA in Switzerland
The copywriter is fully responsible for the development, production and optimization of all digital copy. This will include product related copy (descriptions, benefits and specification, technologies) for TNF.com and related channels and the delivery of creative copy for website content email, and digital media (search ads copy, paid social copy). The copywriter will implement the global brand tone of voice in alignment with brand creative and strategic vision.
This role requires strong creative execution focus to produce consumer friendly copy to uplift engagement and conversion on TNF.com
The objectives of this role are to elevate the role of copy in content design/user experience, reduce bounce rate and drive up conversion rates with an overall uplift in brand health metrics and MROI on TNF.com.
Support the development of copy in the overall digital content tactics with Brand Digital Manager to fulfill EMEA market needs, ensuring global consistency and local relevancy.
Produce and deliver product copy that is simple and yet compelling for the variety of products across brand territories.
Partner with the external design & web agency / translation agency and the internal digital content team for the development of creative copy for website updates, digital media (search ads copy, paid social copy).
Partner with the ecom merchants, product team, wholesale marketing and brand team to deliver best-in-class consumer friendly product copy.
Integrate consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led copy production and brand experiences.
Track and report digital content budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.
Academic: University Degree, Bachelor or Master level in Business Administration, Marketing or Creative arts
Experience: at least 3+ years’ experience sports/fashion/retail/digital editorial environment.
Creative individual with an abundance of ideas, an impeccable grasp of grammar and a real eye for detail.
Deep understanding of The North Face brand with a passion for the outdoor and athletic markets.
Language skills: Native in English. Knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish and German would be a plus.
