GENERAL SUMMARY

To act as the central clearing agent for tasking and information flow to and from the store portfolio. The store portfolio relates to own stores (Retail/Outlet) and PSS stores.

The Retail OPS Coordinator plays a key role ensuring that the stores are properly serviced and supplied with support and tools necessary for day-to-day business (supplies, stationery, services.) Additionally, this role serves as the “gatekeeper” for tasking and information going to the stores, ensuring the proper focus in-store and a effective exchange of information both sides.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Control flow of information and tasking to the stores & DMs from all retail-relevant departments

– Act as central communicationl agent for tasking requests to the stores

  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting to the retail team and field management teams

  • Support the creation of the monthly store newsletters to stores and key retail stakeholders, keeping them informed about KPIs, rankings and noteworthy events in the stores

  • Manage and report progress on store incentive programs (Excellent Series)

  • Maintain operational information in store master database (trading hours, management changes, store profiles, etc.)

  • Develop calendaring process and SLA to ensure required store tasking completed on a timely basis, without impacting sales and customer service

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Minute regional conference calls / meetings and action points as required and circulate across the business

  • Partner with internal departments e.g. VM, product development, PR, marketing, finance and other relevant departments to gather information for store communication

  • Support the Retail Team with travel arrangements and itineraries for trips, when needed as well as with meeting preparations

  • Any other duties as necessary to maintain store daily operations, new store openings, special sales/promotional events, store competitions etc

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

  • Education: minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain

  • Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of relevant successful experience in a similar role in a multi

site retail operation with a good understanding of retail KPI and processes.

  • Language Skills: fluent business English, both written and spoken – another European language helpful

  • Analytical / Technical Skills: PC literate – strong Excel, PowerPoint skills

  • Others: Strong organisational / time management skills

Problem-solving and communication capabilities with strong commercial focus

Ability to work with a diverse team both in the office and remotely
