VF Corporation Wholesale Marketing Manager Napapijri in Switzerland
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Wholesale Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development and execution of wholesale marketing plans and strategies.
This role requires a proven track record in building strong brands by delivering fully comprehensive marketing plans / initiatives to drive sell through and customer satisfaction. The objectives of this role are to strengthen brand health metrics, improve MROI results, increase sell through and make the brand a favoured partner for our key accounts across EMEA.
Create and develop marketing strategies with Sr Marketing Director to fulfill key accounts needs, ensure consistency with brand strategies, and drive sell through across the wholesale channel.
Manage and execute marketing strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools and initiatives for the key accounts (on and off line) to fuel demand, raise brand awareness / engagement, drive traffic and increase conversion.
Collaborate with Sales team / Marketing / Merchandising to deliver wholesale marketing solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix and supportive of our brand / business goals.
Track wholesale marketing activities / results and leverage insights to continuously improve key accounts marketing solutions and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with local agents/distributors to create and execute strategic account marketing plans that are aligned with brand strategies.
Manage and own wholesale marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company approved numbers.

Education: Business School graduate. Specialization / Major in Marketing.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Retail / Wholesale. An international experience (working within an international team or having worked/lived abroad). Preferred industries: sporting goods, fast moving consumer goods, fashion or entertainment.
Leadership: Having a first experience of managing projects internally and with external agencies.

Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German, French, Spanish, Italian would be a plus.
