VF Corporation Customer Service Executive in Hong Kong
Key Area of Responsibility:
Order Management – Manage completion of order entry or adjustment in ERP system within tight timeline, order delivery monitoring and billing process.
Customer Service – Facilitate and ensure clear, proactive, effective and efficient communications to fulfill customer needs and expectations. Deliver high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Customer Relationship – Develop strong and close partnership with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pricing –Apply pricing policy for bulk orders, VAS, etc. Ensure accurate invoicing in system.
Logistics – Act as liaison between customers and internal Logistic Team to provide correct shipping instruction for smooth shipment arrangement. Understand customer supply chain and custom requirement to provide quick solution to resolve. Provide updates on unshipped orders.
Credit – Partner with Credit Team to monitor customers payment status and resolve credit issues for order release
Claims – Act as first contact point for customer complaints. Proceed defective and shortage claim with internal counterparts. Facilitate customer defective return based on approval from US Product and Sales Team. Issue credit note in system.
Business Travel -- Attend sales meeting to touch base with US team, Asia sourcing team and distributors.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and SAP Order management processing
