VF Corporation Finance Director in Hong Kong

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To lead and supervise the Regional FP&A function for the consolidated VF Asia operation including budget, forecast, management reporting and consolidation of Global Production Matrix

  • Manage and provide leadership to current forecast and financial reporting cadence with US HQ and other key stakeholders

  • Deliver concise and effective story telling behind the numbers to executive management team, and internal customers (brands and sourcing department heads)

  • Ensure the level of integrity of financial reporting and that all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines are met

  • Provide decision support and counsel to Senior Supply Chain Leaders in term of managing and optimizing the spend

  • Working closely with HR, provide leadership and support in driving headcount forecast and resources allocation to optimize spend for the organization

  • Understand current cost allocation methodology and rationale, with focus to streamline and improve process

  • Drive and support the annual budget process for the organization

  • Rack and Stack process

  • Resources allocation and affordability

  • Liaison with USHQ and Brands

  • Develop targets and Communicate

  • Be a strong business partner to key stakeholders and senior management in driving changes that would impact the way VF does business

  • Be ready to get hands-on in resolving issues when required

  • Partner with functional leaders on topics such as Responsible Sourcing, Compliance, Social Responsibility, to ensure VF standards and requirements are met within the coalition’s material supply

  • Be a champion of people development
