Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
This position is responsible for building one-to-one customer experience, brand image, and event/product awareness through social media. Responsible for producing original content for Vans sites as well as identifying established sources for content relevant to Vans core pillars of action sports, music, art & street culture.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Responsible for content and budget management for all Vans social media regional channels.
Daily monitoring, maintenance and mood boards organization of all Vans social media platforms along with digital agency.
Tracking and reporting progress of Vans online communities and consumer sentiment across all Vans product & marketing channels.
Work with other team members to support Vans Marketing objectives and strategies around key product and brand initiatives.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: +3 years of experience in action sports, street fashion, art or music brands.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or related fields.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent English required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high customer focus.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage a budget.
Team and leadership skills.
Social listening tools.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel will be required 30% of the time.
Willing and able to work additional hours when needed (evenings & weekends)
